One of the biggest challenges facind Poinciana is residents abilility to obtain the normal level of services usually provided in a community the size of Poinciana.
With a population of 74,000 residents Poinciana has grown far beyond the normal size to have their needs met by Florida Home Owner's Association forms of government. A goal of the PRSC is to work withthe residents of Poinciana and the existing forms of government at the local, county and state level to explore ways to meet the needs of Poinciana residents.
